jtroth > Okuizumo Genan (奥出雲玄庵) - a soba restaurant in Miinohara (三井野原).  

The restaurant is run by the farmers that grow the buckwheat.  They make the noodles each day, and stop serving when it's all gone.  There are only two items on the menu (to the left of the door).  They serve you simple, delicious, country-style, soba noodles followed by the "sobayu", which is the liquid in which the soba was cooked.
